Hope Springs came out on August 8th, and yes you guessed it I was there on opening night. Every time I saw the Hope Spring trailer I would find myself singing “Keep Your Head Up” and doing a little shoulder dance. I was invested in the story before I arrived. Luckily Hope Springs did not disappoint me. The entire cast in Hope Springs did an excellent job. Hope Springs makes the audience ask what would you do if your partner treated you like you were invisible. Would you fight to be noticed or would you walk away from your marriage?
Also the trailer leads you to believe that the movie is more of a comedy but I think it is a drama with a few comedic episodes. Nonetheless you should take your hubby or your girls to see Hope Springs this weekend. You will not be disappointed. I would love to hear what you thought of Meryl Streep’s performance and if you agree with her ultimate decision.
