21 Jump Street was one of my favorite shows growing up so I was excited about it becoming a movie. Unfortunately I came with a preconceived notion that it would mirror the original 21 Jump Street. WRONG it was more of comedy with lots of sexual innuendos. Both Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum had great comedic timing in the movie. However I wanted action pack scenes and more of a drama than a comedy. You have to remember I was looking for the old school version not the trendy version that is much more lighthearted. Another highlight of the movie is the cameo’s of the original 21 Jump Street cast. I would totally recommend 21 Jump Street if you just need a laugh and want to unwind.
