A Thousand Words is a movie about a man, Jack McCall, who will do anything to get ahead. He uses words to lie, cheat and steal. Then one day he meets a guru who puts a spell on him and plants a tree in his backyard. Each leaf represents his last words on earth before he will die. For the remainder of the movie we get a chance to see how Jack (Eddie Murphy) will communicate with the world using his words sparingly. We also get to see Jack re-evaluate his life to discover what matters most. If you need to unwind and have a good laugh then I would rent A Thousand Words.
